My name is Martin Strothman, and my wife, Laura, and I are the local owners of the Subway Sandwich shops in Anthem, and the one store in north Phoenix (Utopia and Cave Creek Road).  We’ve been involved in community events, sports sponsorships and charity fundraising events since we opened ourfirst Subway store in April 1999.  In addition to providing an affordable, healthy meal option, we also take seriously the responsibility of being business owners in great communities. It is our mission that our Subways are more than just sandwich shops, they are your restaurant neighbor.
